shocking news

yesterday i got a shock of my life.. the lady who bagged the most number of long-service awards in my company passed away in her resident. it appears that she didnt report to work yesterday n didnt answer any of the phone calls my supervisors made. she's the kind who NV goes mia n from what i know she didnt even take mc b4. though i have juz joined the company for abt a yr, i m still kinda shocked that she's no longer around. i dun have much contact with her for she works in the office n is sorta loner.. now waiting for her brother to return to singapore to arrange for her funeral matters. scary. how fragile life can b. well she's been with the company for like 31 yrs n left juz lidat.

like what the other optometrist said yesterday, live everyday like there's no tml, thus she doesnt have savings.. n for me drive w/o looking @ the speedometer.. heh! n for others, eat like there's no tml, regardless of the fat content n cholestrol level, alcohlics drink till ya stomach cant take it... ok la... i'm kidding pls do not do any of the above.. juz let ya loved ones know that u luv them, cherish them n DUN yell @ them, have alot of savings so that they have a bit of back-up when u r no longer around, dun crash the car for they can still drive around in that for at least a feww more yrs, dun eat n drink like nobody's business coz that tears their heart apart. cherish ya life coz that what ya parents gave u.. i realli luv whatever i have now. i think i'm realli blessed.
