back ache day

so much up my sleeves recently that my back ache is back!! omg.... its realli something that u dun wan... last night i have alreadi started feeling alittle unwell when i lie on my bed this morning had to rain like crazy... den even worse, it wasnt so bad till i started work.. i practically had to remove my high heels n stand flat on the floor.. super duper uncomfortable... i wanted to lie down so much, thankfully for my colleague offered my her thigh to lie on for several minutes to ease the pain... cant stop it juz have to sit down n endure.... shall go lie down n rest... it seems to b getting worse.. comtemplating to get mc..
