yum cha.. again

yes i did went yum cha this morning... again yes.... perhaps its all e genes that cantonese have, i pretty much LUV drinking double-boiled soup, eating dim sum, going to e restaurant to appreciate all e 'cha'..

this time brought mama along too otherwise gotta get scolded coz we always go by ourselves only... purposely ask her to take leave n eat e buffet with us... had all e ladies pushing e cart n fussing over us asking what we wanted fr their cart... out came all e fried soft-shell crab, fish, den all e baos, porridge, siew mai, har gao e list is endless...


e past few times that we went there, e waitresses were super slow in getting us e hot water to refill, slow in even trying to get e attention i needed.. it made me kinda irritated but this morning, its amazing e exact opposite... b4 i even sat down e tea was served (but that's bcoz there's alreadi some1 was alreadi waiting @ e table) n e moment i sunk my butt in e seat, the push-cart lady was right in front of me! simply amazing.... this is why i shld b paying service for right... not for paying 10% to b ignored frowned upon..


i dun have an idea of how much i had but i knew my tummy wanted to burst.. but it was of coz wanting to burst of contentment.. i was v much feeling 'xin fu'.. at times dun realli have time to sit down n eat properly with my loved ones.. even @ home, we dun eat @ e same time... only when we eat out den we actually sit down to chow together..
overall, it was wonderful... but i think i gotta skip yum cha for 8 weeks totally... w/i abt 5 weeks i went like 3 times!! eating e same amt each time... omg... no wonder i have been feeling super bloated... perhaps i shld make them give me a VIP card!! den i can go every week! n bring all my frenz n relatives there!! heh!


after a super heavy breakfast, mama n i went to walk around chinatown.. it was 10.30am alreadi... but to my surprise, most of e shops r still CLOSED?! its alreadi mid-morning n e shops r NOT open?! i cant believe it....... den went into one of e jewellery shop to look @ all e blings blings.. but of all ppl we had to meet a lousy salesperson, who totally dunno how to 'talk' so ended up leaving empty-handed...

den went to OG to see see look look.. nothing much, juz all e over-priced clothes that look super auntie, even e shoes r super auntie.. its so bad that even my mum DUN like it! lolx..


den we decided to shop @ orchard instead...

almost bought a top @ future state... super cheap, $9... grabbed a few off e shelves with so many other hands from all directions trying to move the clothes fr e shelves... scary.... had abt 5 in my hands n had to squeeze to a corner to ask mama which is nicer... she didnt like any of those that i picked so we were left with e 1st item that we choose together... but by den i realised something.. the cutting of e straps were so weird... its like a v-shaped in front n e back... so funny, i dunno how to wear... so i chucked it back into e shelves n we left...


went into quite a few shops but didnt see anything much that i liked.... for dunno what reason, ended up in Koolook n chatted with lilian n falling in love with one of e ferragamo shades which i simply adore n to my surprise both me n my mum could carry it off!!


so i'm gotta put that on to my wishlist... it has all e bling bling crystals on e edge n i LOVE it!! e only thing is that e selling price is $540... so insiders can probably make a guess of e price that u can get for me ya?! once again i still muz emphasize... i LOVE it!! its gotta make my bb jealous... e sunglasses shall b my new love... lolx..


walked abit more with no much motive... didnt buy any clothes.. so disappointing... but nvm... coz let me rewind... on sun... i bought something that my mum couldnt believe her eyes...
